ALISHA MASON
I'm a 500 hr RYT. I got my 200 and 300 through Hot Asana Yoga Studio in Southern Pines, NC. I currently live in Texas and am an Occupational Therapy Doctorate student. Yoga has really helped me in my education connecting mind and body. I believe it will make me a better clinician too!
