In this 60 minute beginner class we will learn the basic fundamentals of slackline yoga. We will learn how to kneel, sit, and stand on a one inch piece of floating yoga mat (just inches off the ground). Challenge balance and breath for both brand new yogis and those more experienced alike. This is complete core work, not just the superficial belly up stuff to help improve your yoga, acro, biking, running, everyday life. Come see why it's so fun to be a slacker.
