We all have two sides to ourselves we’re constantly seeking to balance - the light & the dark, the yin & and the yong - because one cannot exist without the other. In this practice, we’ll seek to honor both experiences by beginning class with a juicy slow flow, allowing us to tap into our bodies and our breath, and ending with some classical yin postures enabling us to rest & digest. You’ll leave feeling open, calm, grounded and inspired.
