In this intermediate style slackline yoga class we'll take the fundamentals from the previous class and start to combine asana as well as add new poses like tree, crescent lung, L-sits and inversions! While taking the Slackline Yoga Fundamental ahead of time is helpful but not required. Slacklined before but don't know where to go next? This class is for you!! A 60 minute beginner/intermediate class to reignite your slacker spark.
