Flow Into Bliss (Inside Flow)
Come and Awaken your Spirit! Flow into Bliss is not just a fluid vinyasa yoga practice but a journey to the beating heart that lives Inside of you. You will leave feeling refreshed, enlivened, and most definitely blissed out! This workshop is in the style of Inside Flow and music is the driving force around which an Inside Flow class and its sequencing are built. Gently moving from one posture to another, we focus on the movement between the postures not just the posture itself, which allows the body to feel the rhythm of the music. Breath, movement, and music unite as ONE. You will learn a choreographed sequence that flows to a specific piece of music, and is broken down into segments throughout the workshop in order to fully marry the movement with the musicality. To truly feel in sync, a common intention is set, the volume of the music goes up and we move as one.

Conscious Breathwork Journey with Sound Healing
Our intention is to co-create a sacred container that allows spirit to flow through and guide us to exactly what we are needing individually and as a group.  Using the power of circular-connected breathing and improvisational healing music, we allow the potent electromagnetic frequencies of the heart to come into coherence with our whole being, allowing space for deep healing and clarity to emerge.
This specific technique called circular/connected breathing is a tool we all have within us to heal on a physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual level. By breathing in a large amount of Pranic energy, blockages and traumas on all levels can naturally release, healing issues at the root cause. It activates the pineal gland to help you journey into expanded states of consciousness. Unlike methods such as psychotherapy, figuring out the root cause is not necessary.
Lindsay used this powerful breathing technique to heal her chronic migraines of 22 years. She co-facilitates with her brother Danny, and they believe that our breath is one of the most effective healing tools available to us. They are passionate about spreading this simple yet deeply transformative method, and hope to inspire others to realize their own innate healing potential. They have trained under the Rebirthing lineage with Sondra Ray, Danae Shanti, Dharma Devi, Ashanna Solaris, and Chandra Andrea Polyak.  They are based in Boulder, CO
Brie and Bjorn create and hold unconditional, safe and magical space.
While Bjorn is taking you on a profound sound journey through your inner landscapes, Bridget uses her voice and intuitive healing touch.
They work with many transformational tools opening the gates to greater freedom and conscious creation, this stage will be set specifically for sound and breath. Through the use of singing bowls, chimes, gong, toning and other instruments, a deep meditative state is accessed effortlessly.
No experience required. Please bring a mat, blanket and pillow.

Awakening Shakti
Join Jenna for a unique offering that embraces ritual with a guided meditation, mantra (connection to sound and voice), and story telling to wake up your creative energy.  You are invited to listen deeply to what is arising within your soul whether it's something you want to 'call in' or 'release'.  You will tap into the MAGIC of story telling and through ritual you will AWAKEN your SHAKTI (energy) and sensuality. The last two waves of this journey will be primal movement which will release STUCK energy or FROZEN tension and then the opportunity to 'receive' your own inner wisdom in savasana.  We will go beyond the physical body and 'FEEL" past social labels.

How do you live a life of spiritual awakening as well as outer abundance, inner freedom, as well as deep intimacy?  ~ Sally Kempton

Strengthen Your Inner Fire
My class is themed around our personal power and manifesting what we desire in our life. It is very easy to get caught up and distracted by our day to day life that we lose track of who we are and why we do certain things. We forget about the power of choice and how setting clear and powerful intentions will guide us onto the right path to where we truly want to be. My students will have a piece of paper and pen and at the start of class, I will guide them into a brief meditation to help them cultivate an invention or goal. They will write it down and place it at the top of their mat in sight for the duration of the class. From there, I will focus on our Solar Plexus Chakra, our energy center of personal worth, decision making and manifestations. I will weave together breathing techniques to awaken this fire with a strong intelligently sequenced power vinyasa to keep the fire alive. Throughout the class, I will continually guide them back to their manifestations and feeling into our Manipura (3rd chakra). At the end, we will revisit our intention or goal, and I will give them time to make any adjustments if necessary after moving, breathing and feeling their manifestation. At times, we think we want something but when we take the time to sit with it, it doesn't feel quite right. In my class, students will learn the power of choice and self worth. The stronger and more confident we feel about ourselves and the choices we make, the bigger impact we make in our life and the easier we can move forward towards what we want. I will also encourage all students attending class to wear the color yellow, the color of power!

Love Yourself
In this intermediate vinyasa class I will invite my students into the powerful notion of loving yourself. The physical parts of our class will focus around intense heart opening poses to create space within our heart chakra. I will guide them into to the mantra of "I deeply, and completely love and accept myself.” We will be moving and breathing to find balance within this energy center of compassion and kindness. My goal is to generate an energy shift inside of us and rather than send love outwards to people and things around us, direct that love and light to ourselves. A lot of us spend so much time giving and loving on the special people in our lives, we don't take the time or have the energy to nurture ourselves. It's not an act of selfishness but an act of self-care. We will work towards finding acceptance of who we are and where we are in our lives and understanding it's all part of our journey. The more we love ourselves, the more we can share that love. At the end of my class, we will spend time in a heart centered meditation. Afterwards, my students will write down 5 things they love about themselves and 5 acts of self love they can do every week. I'll encourage my students to place this list on their mirror, fridge, bedside table, or wherever they will see it everyday as a reminder to continue loving.

Surrender Stillness
A stillness class engages us to slow down the physical efforts of traditional yogic practice to use yin + restore postures. This effort creates new changes in our traditional world of constant “doing” and asks us to NURTURE subtle shifts in our body + mind + soul activities. Class will include a guided yin/restorative sequence  that moves our body into release or healing, holding postures for 3-7 minutes each. We will spend time during each posture in conversation with our mind + body to fine tune our intentional efforts. Discussions will be guided around use of breath practice, emotional experiences and uncovering of real-world triggers  The purpose of this session is to truly come into release of our reality without force or strain, a true yin experience to flow into life restored.

In yoga the breath is EVERYTHING. It is what moves the body, regulates the nervous system, and stills the mind. It is the most tangible form of the vital life force known as Prana. Pranayama is our relationship with our body and mind.  The more we become aware of our breath, the more we are able to quiet the mind and directly experience the wisdom of our heart through meditation. This class will teach us about how to use the breath as a gateway for meditation, self-healing and transformation. Class includes asana, pranayama and a short guided meditation.

Yoga Nidra: Psychic Sleep with Sound Off Headphones
Yoga Nidra is a state that lies beyond all disturbance of mind and body, the ultimate realm of innate, inner peace. Through the ancient science of relaxation one can pass through the many subtle layers of human experience to return to this undisturbed, unwavering background of presence. This restorative "inner-body" yoga uses a series of guided visualizations and deep relaxation techniques to move beyond the conditioned mind into a state of expanded self-awareness. By accessing the deeper realms of the mind one can release the sources of tension, anxiety, unwanted habits, and self-limiting beliefs in order to awaken thier greatest inner potential. Going even beyond the mind, one can realize this vast ocean of equanimity as their true, enduring, natural state. The beginning of the workshop will consist of a short sequence of mild yoga postures, maybe 15-20mins, to facilitate the release of tension and stimulate a parasympathetic response. Then attendees will rest in savasana, the corpose pose, for 30-45mins while being guided through the inner journey. This practice will be an appropriate compliment to the many other active practices that attendees will be participating in throughout the weekend.
