Steady (or Still) as a Mountain: Hike + Practice
Enjoy 360 degree views of Snowmass, Mt. Daly, and Capital Peak from Spiral Point (Yin Yang), located just 1.5 miles (one way) from Snowmass Village. Atop the mountain, participants will be led through a short grounding flow, and quiet meditation. Aimed to help you connect with the steady and utterly still nature that the Colorado mountains humbly exude.
